This prior information notice is being issued to make the market and potential providers aware of an upcoming contest for a partnering contract to deliver Water treatment - Separation and bio-stage in a larger project that MOVAR has for the New Fuglevik Treatment Plat Rygge in Moss municipality.
The contest will be announced before Christmas 2022 as a contest with negotiations.
The procurement concerns Water treatment – Separation and bio-stage, which includes all cleaning processes from sand and grease capture to discharge. The contract is to be executed as a so-called partnering contract, and is therefore divided into two phases: Partnering phase and Implementation phase.
This partnering contract is the first of a total of 11 contracts in the project, and will provide guidance and influence the other 10 contracts.
