Bane NOR SF shall establish a dynamic purchasing system for the hire of fibre capacity. The Dynamic Purchasing System includes two categories: 1) Capacity bandwidth 2) Dark fibre. Tenderers can apply for participating in the DPS for one category or both.
Note that this is a new publication of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) where there are some changes in the qualification requirements from the original notice.
