Rv 36 Gvarv — Mannebru. Pedestrians and Bicyclists Lane

The project includes the construction of a new continuous Pedestrians and bicyclists lane along Rv. (National road) 36 from Gvarv to Mannebru in Mid-Telemark municipality. The length is approx. 4 km. The new pedestrians and bicyclists lane will be connected to the existing pedestrians and bicyclists lane at Mannebru and to an adapted transition in Gvarv. A crossing of the railway (the Sørland Line) and a crossing of rv.36 have been planned. The crossings shall be carried out in the form of a pedestrians and bicyclists bridge over the railway and culvert under rv.36. As a consequence of a new culvert, the national road must be elevated in a stretch of about 400 metres.
