Tromsø Municipality would like to put the requirements specification and price sheet for a coming tender for an electronic patient journal system out for a hearing (see the attached documents).
Requirements specification:
Feedback is wanted on the requirements — both on the formulation, requirement codes, and any new requirements:
— M (minimum requirements), M+ (minimum requirements with 'over fulfilment' — will be evaluated), E (evaluation requirements).
Price sheet:
Feedback is wanted on the different price elements — both on sub-points and any new price elements.
