20210021 Framework Agreement for Consultancy Services

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for the purchase of IT consultancy services. The contracts will ensure that Skatteetaten (the Norwegian Tax Administration) gets access to the capacity and competence for development assignments at the locations in Oslo, Grimstad and Mo i Rana. The procurement includes 14 sub-areas. The overview below shows the sub-areas and how many tenderers it is preferable to sign contracts with, assuming that there are a sufficient number of qualified tenderers and suitable tenders. 1) Management and consultancy services: 8-9; 2) System development: 6-7; 3) Oracle data warehouse: 3-5; 4) Information and analysis: 8-9; 5) IT-architecture: 5; 6) Test development and test management: 7-8; 7) Infrastructure and operation: 6; 8) Security and security systems: 3; 9) Usability quality: 4-6; 10) E-learning: 3; 11) External QA and delivery follow-up: 3-5; 12) System development Java: 6-10; 13) Universal design: 3-5; 14) Robotised and digital process automation: 5-7.
