Resource Vehicle

The aim of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for a resource vehicle that will give the Norwegian police extra resources and abilities, mainly for the turn-out unit (UEH). UEH is the police district's specially trained units against terror and sabotage. They are expected to carry out armed assignments, search for armed individuals, and other similar operations. The vehicle is expected to be a good working environment for the police and, at the same time, fulfil operational needs. The vehicle will have more equipment than normal patrol vehicles and it is expected to have better terrain qualities. The vehicle is expected to function in all parts of Norway, year round. This means that it is expected to handle all weather conditions in the Norwegian climate.
