Event Management Tool

Aalto University (contracting entity) is inviting tenderers to leave a tender for the Event Management Tool procurement. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the appendices of this invitation to tender, especially in Appendix 1 Subject matter of the procurement. The contracting entity selects one (1) service provider and concludes the contract with that service provider (supplier). The service provider may also be a consortium (a group of suppliers). The contract period starts from signing of the contract and is valid until further notice. The signing of the contract is estimated to be in the end of year 2020.
