Qualification: Purchase of Back-end System for the HentMeg Service

Kolumbus AS hereby invites tenderers to a competitive tender with negotiation for the purchase of a back-end system for the HentMeg service. Furthermore, a maintenance agreement will be entered into with the successful tenderer. The customer will initially pre-qualify potential suppliers, and subsequently invite the pre-qualified applicants to submit tenders. This qualification basis deals with the initial pre-qualification and describes the qualification requirements, as well as the requirements for the content of applications to participate. All interested suppliers must thus go through a pre-qualification before they are invited to submit tenders. In order to participate in the pre-qualification, the supplier must submit an application for participation in accordance with the set-up as detailed in this document.
