A new underground tunnel through the central areas of Oslo will give us the opportunity to increase the frequency and offer more departures for the current and new branch lines in the entire underground system New stations shall cover a new market and contribute to a more efficient interaction between the underground, train, bus and tramway systems. The contracting authority wants to establish a contract with an advisory environment that shall prepare a professional basis for two of the topics described in the planning program's assessment program: 1. optimisation of lines, 2. track technical connections. The assignment is a sub-project and includes preparatory work before the implementation of the zoning plan, impact assessment and pre-project. The contracting authority may also need the provider to be an consultant in certain matters that affect the consideration zones for a new underground tunnel.
