Framework Agreement, Replacing Water Meters

All business subscriptions and private subscribers in Bergen Municipality shall have water metres installed and shall pay the consumption part of the annual fee according to the measured consumption. There is a regular, routine replacement of water meters near expiration dates, based on a prioritised list. Haugesund Municipality is now in the process of replacing the mechanical water meters with remote read water meters. Haugesund Municipality wants to enter into a framework agreement with one plumbing company that undertake the work of replacing mechanical water meters to remotely read water meters.
