INVITATION TO TENDER for the European Humanities University’s Multilingual Plagiarism Checking system.
 
1.       Your organisation along with others is invited to offer a tender for provision of the above, to the specification outlined in the attached documents. Enclosed are:
 
                      Annex 1        EHU information for tender 2019.doc
                     
                     
2        Please read the instructions on the requirements specification and tendering procedures carefully.  Failure to comply with them may invalidate your tender bid.
 
3        Your tender must be received by European Humanities University’s Rector Office Infrastructure Manager Oksana Vankova through Mercell  application or e-mail no later than March 13, 12 PM.  Late tenders will not be considered.
 
4        Please contact me if you have any questions about the tendering procedure.  The enclosed Annex 1 also contains details for providing you with further information or clarification of the University’s requirement.
