Short description
Sporveien AS shall hire 2 company medical practitioners and 1 professional hygienist for the period 1.6.2019-1.6.2021. Option for 1 + 1 year extension. The contracting authority needs company medical practitioner’s services for 3 and 2 days per week, respectively. I.e. 24 hours and 16 hours per week. The contracting authority needs professional hygienists for minimum 1 day per week. I.e. 8 hours per week. Sporveien has a separate approved company health scheme. The hired medical practitioners and the professional hygienist must provide the following:
Health examinations in accordance with the Requirements and the preparation of accompanying documentation (the regulations to the Railways Act). Targeted health examinations, consultations (AKAN, follow up sickness absence and conflict negotiations). Collaboration with other providers of mental health and physical health services. Some assistance for lifestyle projects may be relevant. Participation in interdisciplinary meetings in accordance with requirements.
