Short description
The three (3) Contracting Authorities are inviting tenderers to a joint tender competition for processing residual waste to energy utilisation. Trondheim Renholdsverk AS, Fosen Renovasjon IKS and Envina IKS are the Contracting Authority to this contract.
The Contracting Authority wants to enter into a Framework Agreement for the reception and final treatment of residual waste to energy utilisation. If a If a re-loading location is required, the transport to a final treatment plant must be stated in the proposed solution and price. The waste is delivered by the Contracting Authority to the tenderer’s suitable designated location. The designated location/re-loading plant must be in a 15 km radius from the address Heggstadmoen 53 in Trondheim municipality. The waste subject to treatment is residual waste with a quality that is normal for waste from households and holiday cottages. The waste mainly includes residual waste after being source segregated and collected in bins from the households. All subscribers are currently sorting the paper/cardboard/carton and plastic waste.
