The Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation, on behalf of the Norwegian Ministries, wants to enter into a Framework Agreement for white goods, brown goods and small electronics for breakrooms, etc. A simple online based system is requested with rapid deliveries and possibilities for the Contracting Authority to collect the goods in the Oslo area.
