The contracting authority wants tender offers for the delivery of a service building constructed of aluminium and engineered to be able to be prefabricated either entirely or in sections, in an external workshop. The unit(s) will be mounted on a completed, cast foundation at the building site. The solution requires transport, either by land or sea (or a combination of both).
