Custom's business strategy expresses in its vision an ambition to introduce new technology, increase user orientation, knowledge-based checks and the need for a competence lift in the department. The department will also go through a major organisation development that will affect the structure. In order to fulfil the changes and ambitions, the department needs to have managers who always have the competence required to contribute to the fulfilment of the vision.
