Short description
The procurement is for a parallel framework agreement with up to five (5) tenderers for meeting the ongoing need for short term rental of accommodation for homeless persons in Sandnes municipality. The contracting authority's duties are defined in the Act relating to social services, §§15 and 27. The requisition for renting accommodations is normally issued for 2 weeks. However, the renting period can also be prolonged, usually for 1 month or more. The user group spans from families with children to persons from institutions. The common denominator for the group is that persons cannot live alone without supervision from the lessor.
