Short description
Oslo municipality, c/o the Municipal Undertaking for Education Buildings and Property, henceforth also referred to as the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement concerning FM services (facility management). The services shall mainly be provided to the Contracting Authority's sports facilities and swimming pools. FM services may also be required for school buildings.
The assignments included in the framework agreement are described in the qualification specification to the tender documentation. The Contracting Authority plans to award only 1 framework agreement.
The framework agreement period is 2 years from the date the contract is signed. Option for the Contracting Authority for 1 + 1-year extension of the contract. The total maximum framework agreement period is thus 4 years.
