Short description
Sporveien AS shall enter into Framework Agreements for 2 years (option for 2 years extension) with maximum 4 architects' offices for architectural professional consultancy service related to the tram and underground system. The assignment includes technical plants and station/stop systems. The service providers must also participate in parallel assignments related to idea projects, technical preliminary projects and detailed engineering design/follow up during the construction period. Framework agreements shall be entered into with service providers in prioritised order for services with a value up to 200 000 NOK. For special assignments below 200 000 NOK, mini-contest can also be implemented. For assignments exceeding 200 000 NOK, mini contest for providers to the Framework Agreement shall be carried out.
