Short description
The Hydrometric committee Morsa wants to enter into a contract with a joint venture partner with broad competence and solid capacity for monitoring our waterways. The services included in the tender contest are:
Coordination and reporting responsibility in relation to surveillance, including:
— sampling from rivers/streams.
Coordination towards laboratories and samplers in the lakes.
Coordination towards laboratory analyses from streams/rivers:
— professional assessment of the results of the analyses,
— simple ongoing-reporting responsibilities to the Contracting Authority,
— preparing annual reports,
— lectures on surveillance results,
— water environment data input,
— professional assistance to the Contracting Authority in connection with preparation of annual surveillance programs.
The Hydrometric committee wants to enter into Framework Agreements with a service provider.
