The Contracting Authority must establish Framework Agreements with private service providers for specialist health services for the review and treatment of eye illnesses and areas surrounding the eye. The services will be provided to respite patients who are notified of respite through the Respite Portal. The patients are homebound in Norway and will be over or under 18 years of age.
