Bane NOR would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with two tenderers who can meet our requirements for quality and competence within concept and idea development, message formulation (text), design and production of communication adapted for various channels. The deliveries can include individual productions to more complicated campaigns and communication measures, including interaction design for digital and social channels, however general development of banenor.no and Bane NOR´s intranet is not included in the contract.
