Short description
The Norwegian Communications Authority (Nkom) intends to enter into a contract for a new website and a new publication system with a modern expression that presents Nkom as a modern and future oriented authority. The website shall also be adapted to multiple user interfaces. It must be easier to emphasizing the core content and appear as the best possible source.
