As part of the follow-up of the review of platform extensions on the Gjøvik Railway and the screening report, a technical detailed plan is to be prepared for the “Platform Extensions Gjøvik Railway” project, for the stations Movatn and Hakadal. The detailed plan for signals will be carried out under Bane NOR's management.
The measure must adapt the infrastructure for the new trains type 75 (FLIRT). The dimensions must allow for double train sets, this requires a platform length of 220 m.
