Short description
The Agency for Climate wants to enter into a year framework agreement for consultancy services for recruitment and organizational development. The framework agreement period is 2 years with option for 2 years extension. The maximum contract value for the four years period is 3 million NOK (excluding VAT). In addition to the Agency for Climate, the Department of Environment and Transport must also have an option for entering into the contract The contracting authority is not obligated to procure any specific scope of services during the contract period.
