Båtsfjord kommune [municipality] has decided to change the school structure in the municipality and would like to co-locate the schools into one school in Båtsfjord. It is intended that the project will be implemented as a development contract/interaction contraction, where the contractor, with his engineering design group (architect and consultants), shall develop the project through a preliminary project with an option for demolition and construction.
