Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of a Contractor for the construction of Jordal sports park.
The project will be carried out as a general contract and it is a cooperation project between the Agency for Urban Environment and the Agency for Water and Sewage. The Agency for Urban Environment is the builder and will act as the contract party in the contract.
The project involves upgrading the park, stream opening, moving matter and technical infrastructure.
The park area around the amphitheatre is to be upgraded in connection with the construction of the new Jordal amphitheatre. The initiative area covers all of Jordal sports park from Hedmarksgata in the north to Åkebergveien in the south. The initiative does not cover areas close to the amphitheatre, nor the buildings, artificial grass pitch, grandstands or the skatepark.
