The Norwegian Customs c/o the Customs Directorate has held an open tender contest and signed a contract for a Framework Agreement for the procurement of consultancy services.
The aim of the Framework Agreement is to ensure that the Norwegian Customs has access to consultancy services for the following fields:
1) IT services, project management and general consultancy services;
2) Legal services.
The competition for field 2, legal services, was cancelled as there were no tenderers who fulfilled the qualification criteria.
Each of the 2 areas were independent competitions and a Framework Agreement was to be entered into with a tenderer for each field.
