Statens vegvesen Region Sør [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration Souther Region], hereafter called the “Contracting Authority” invites tenderers to a competition for a detailed zoning plan for the project E18 Rona in Kristiansand kommune. The project involves preparation of a zoning plan for a public transport terminal at Rona with a bicycle express way from Varodd bridge to the Hånes junction.
