Kultur- og idrettsbygg would like to enter into a Framework Agreement for the delivery of a project portal as a tool for the project work in KID. The delivery must meet the need described in the requirement specifications and it will be used by employees in Kultur- og idrettsbygg and external consultants in the projects.
