Norsk tipping has, through this tender contest, entered into a Framework Agreement for consultancy services within manager and employee development, organisation development and organisational measurements. The Framework Agreement covers the need for competence that the Contracting Authority does not have access to in the company on a given day, or where there is an independent need for external task solving. The Framework Agreement will also be used if extra capacity is needed.
