Kragerø kommune, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, has previously invited tenderers to a competition with negotiation for the award of a leasing contract for new offices in central Kragerø (Kragerø sentrum). Kragerø kommune did not want to build and own such premises, but wanted to enter into a leasing contract with a tenderer.
The office is a co-location of Kragerø kommune’s municipal areas of community, and children and adolescent activities.
The competition involved the leasing of premises for Kragerø kommune, for the activities that are at any given time relevant.
It is Kragerø kommune that will enter into the lease agreement, but NAV consists of a government section and a municipal section, and everything should be included in the competition.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right that the need for functions can change.
