The call for tenders aims at establishing a framework service contract for the following IT services: — consultancy and management services, — software development and maintenance, — application and ADSM management services, — service desk activities and — software internationalization services. The applications in scope include ECHA Cloud services, Reach-IT, IUCLID, Chesar, exposure tools and Odyssey. The scope of the FWC will also allow for the creation of new, as of yet non-existing software systems or adaptation to new delivery models (e.g. cloudification) related to the IT solutions, services and technologies in the scope of this Framework Contract.
