Levanger and Verdal municipalities have had major challenges as regards their safety alarms and the communication of data, maintenance and updates. The current system is very vulnerable and can result in events that are a danger to live and health. It is critical for users that they can communicate their needs to the home care service, so it is therefore necessary to procure a temporary system so that the current safety level is maintained and the critical factors are eliminated.
