The objective of this procurement is to give the municipalities a better and more comprehensive overview of their vehicle fleets. 1900000 Levanger and Verdal, Norway. Innherred Municipal Cooperation — Purchasing, consisting of Levanger and Verdal municipalities intends to enter into a contract with Electric Time car AS Com delivery of Caradmin — a comprehensive stand alone vehicle fleet management and follow up system for self monitoring of the municipality's vehicle fleet. The system safeguard multiple different functions in one and the same system and puts the municipalities in a position to optimise the vehicle fleet. The system manages multiple different types of vehicles and give a comprehensive overview of the vehicles’ kilometres, condition and follow up of the vehicle fleet. Issuing and receiving of vehicles can take place at multiple locations both with and without key security. Reporting on vehicles and economic condition will be safeguarded via the system. Furthermore, the system makes it possible to store and archive vehicle history.
