Grøtvedt School was built at the end of the 1960s. The school has approx. 260 pupils divided between the 1st — 7th years.
The school has not, to date, had any significant upgrades and is characterised by this in the form of worn surfaces, fire prevention shortcomings and outdated technical installations.
The school is to be renovated and Askim municipality invites tenderers to a competition for a turnkey contract for the renovation of Grødtvedt School.
The procurement will be made as a negotiated procedure. The procurement will start with a pre-qualification, in which tenderers are to submit a request for participation in the competition. Up to five qualified tenderers will then be invited to submit a tender. See Chapter 2 of the tender documentation for further information.
