Desciption of the works 1.Refurbishment of the Baltic Sea tank (T16) a.demolish and removal of the old rock and substrate b.new theming of the tank with the suitable quality in tank materials and so that theming is just like underwater scenery in Finland´s part of the Baltic Sea c.new seaming for the windows d.polishing the windows on both sides of each window e.full relining if needed f.reinstall the filter bed and airlifts 2.Heighten the tank T6 with acrylic panel (h=60 cm) and walls. 3.New theming for the river tank T8, rock walls are deteriorated, renewing rotten tree frames of the tank. New theming so that it is just like underwater scenery in rivers in Ostrobothnia in Finland. 4.New theming for the rivet tank T18, rock walls are deteriorated, renewing rotten tree frames of the tank. New theming so that it is just like underwater scenery in river Kymijoki in south-eastern Finland. 5.Polishing all windows of the tanks on both sides. New buildings and pipenings 6.A all year round cold water tank, size and shape like T9 or something really new kind. 7.A jellyfishtank, diameter about 700 mm complete with flow system and small reservoir. 8.An elliptical style tank for Sandeels, large bottom, not too high (2 m x 700 mm x 1500 mm) with plinth and formed acrylic viewing window. All works should be done during November-December 2018. All new systems should be connected to LS-system Maretarium already has. All works should be scheduled with removing the fish with Maretarium´s personal. All themings must be accepted by Maretarium´s manager before starting the work. The contractor agrees to perform all the works and take all the measures necessary under the agreement on building works and other applicable documents and according to law, purchase the necessary materials and products, and deliver the result of the work completed according to the applicable documents to the developer. The contractor shall perform its work with skill, care and in compliance with good building practice. The contractor’s performance includes drafting instructions for use and service concerning its works. Contractor shall be responsible for site management .
