Media Logistics System / Invitation to participate

Finnish Broadcasting Company, “Yle”, invites You to take part in a tender competition for a Media Logistics System. Yle is looking for a new system to manage and operate various media logistics processes. Processes are going to be managed and monitored end-to-end basis and degree of process automation is expected to increase to improve the efficiency while also enabling controlled manual user tasks. Comprehensive file and metadata management capabilities, flexible system integrations and high-end process automation and management functionalities are the foundation for the planned system. Planned primary processes to be supported are related to program and clip video material and metadata logistics including ingest, processing, quality check and archiving. Additionally optional processes will be related to material publishing to social media and OVP and joint production process with Yle and external parties. Procurement procedure will be a negotiated procedure.
