Åmot municipality is planning entering into a contract with a joint venture partner who shall, together with the municipality, provide development, construction and hire / sale of the new and expanded premises for the University, possible new student homes and overnight accommodations, as well as business areas.
The objective of the information meeting is to clarify the status for the municipal plans, the extent of the project, the partnering model and plan for the joint venture contract. The municipality wants to enter into a dialogue with the market prior to the publication of the tender notice.
