The contracts will give the debt collection companies the right to collect outstanding payments from Norwegian vehicles. The contracts consist of two main types of demands that shall be recovered: — debt collection of unpaid passings without an AutoPASS contract, — debt collection of demands to customers with an AutoPASS contract. Only new cases shall be processed under the contracts. The contracting authority will not pay remuneration for the execution of the contract, as normally a fee can be added, cf. the Debt Collection Services Act. Two parallel contracts will be signed. The award will be made on, amongst other things, of the offered 'pay back' to the contracting authority of the fee. Only new cases shall be processed under the contracts.
