It is not possible to state an exact final extent of the activities within the period, as there are uncertainties regarding how many positions shall be filled and to what degree HiOA will require external support for these appointments. Many of HiOA's managers are on a contract that expires at the end of 2019. HiOA expects, therefore, to need assistance with 8-15 recruitment processes from spring 2018 to spring 2019.
