Short description
The buyers behind the joint initiative 'Infrastructure for digital learning aids' cover half of Norway's population and they procure a considerable amount of digital learning aids for children, pupils, patients and employees. In order to adapt the learning aids for individual users, improve resource management and be more innovative in procurements, we would like to have an infrastructure and business model that meets our needs. It is a prerequisite that the system ensure profitability for the suppliers.
