This tender competition concerns the purchase of mystery shopping and dining as a service for the primary categories of Duty Free, kiosk, serving and shops. Other categories, for example such as hire vehicles, banks and automatic vending machines are also included in the agreement, but are not primary target groups at the start.
The objective is to stimulate word-class host skills so that Avinor’s contractual requirements to tenants are upheld.
