The service can only be carried out by Geodata AS as the technical platform for the applications is ESRI-based (Geocortex/ArcGIS/ArcSDE). The applications in the work flow are connected and are based on ArcGIS based services. Geodata AS has the unilateral right to negotiations and development of this platform in Norway. The technical platform for the applications was chosen in an open tender contest (negotiated procedure after a prior notice) published in Norsk lysningsblad 28.6.2013 (ref.no. JUN-200316). 7 tenderers submitted a tender and Geodata was chosen.
