UiB would like to establish framework agreements with competent IT environments within areas such as programming/development, technical IT competence and project management competence within digitalisation processes — note that the list is not exhaustive. The aim of the contract is to meet the need for access to extra competence, capacity or an external party´s assessments and advice.
