Forsvaret [the Norwegian Armed Services] shall enter into a framework agreement to cover the need for professional washing machines and associated services.
In this connection, FLO [the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation] wants to have a preliminary draft version of individual tender documents for consultation to gain input and feedback from the supplier market.
Consultation Deadline: 4.4.2018.
FLO will also accept input after the consultation deadline, but the feedback must arrive prior to the expiry of the deadline if the tenderers shall be sure that FLO will include the feedback in the work with the tender documents.
