The contracting authority shall enter into a time unlimited contract for a Tender Management System (TMS) and a Contract Administration System (CAS).
The aim of the procurement is to ensure that VOIS and VOIS´ members have access to an electronic tool that supports public procurement processes and contract administration.
A standard TMS shall be procured, which, amongst other things, supports:
— preparation of procurement documents,
— the competition notice and holding the competition,
— functionality for contract administration,
— functionality for reports on the entity´s procurements,
— functionality for sharing information, and,
— integration between the TMS and CAS and Acos Websøk (the municipalities´ case and archive system).
