Marvika Senter AS is owned by Kristiansand Næringsselskap AS (KNAS) and is the builder for the initial development of Marviksletta. There is an approved zoning plan for the area (Case no. 201212468-150).
Development of Marvika Senter will be implemented in 2 construction stages:
— The first construction phase comprises parts of the parking basement and new shop premises on the ground floor of COOP in the northern part of the site,
— The second construction stage will comprise the southern part of the parking basement as well as business premises above ground at the southern part of the site.
This pre-qualification will apply for construction Stage 1 and construction Stage 2.
The residential part of the project will come as a separate request at a later date.
