Tenderers are allowed to submit tenders for 1 segment or both. The total contract value over a 4-year period is estimated to be between 8 000 000,00 and 10 000 000,00 NOK excluding VAT. This estimate is based on historical figures for the future budget and is not considered binding for HiOA.
