The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority´s need for lift services including service, repair and ongoing improvements of lifts and lifting devices. In addition the tenderer shall operate Boligbygg's lift alarms. This involves receipt of alarms, coordination of response/turn-outs, as well as an option for the installation of new lift alarms.
There are currently approx. 100 lifts.
